Albany

The branch now known as Albany began in the Northwest School in 1909. It moved to a storefront on Albany Avenue in 1927, where it stayed until a new building was constructed at 1250 Albany Avenue, opening in 1950. This structure was replaced in 2011 on the same site at the corner of Albany and Blue Hills Avenues.
